Each year, the Concordia Student Union (CSU) empowers students to kick off their academic journey with the right tools by distributing free, thoughtfully designed agendas. As advocates for students' rights and well-being, the CSU Executives meticulously select a theme and collaborate with the design team to bring their vision to life. This year, our mission was to create a minimalistic and sustainable agenda that not only captivates but also supports students in staying organized and focused throughout the school year.

Main Goal
Aesthetic but Functional!
Beyond aesthetics, our team prioritized students' needs. We asked: What do they need? How did they feel about previous agendas? Based on their feedback, we designed a compact, easy-to-carry agenda with ample space for daily tasks and topics. It also features essential information about the Concordia Student Union, campus resources, and maps for quick reference.

The Challenge
No Sponsors, No Agendas!
Printing over 40,000 agendas was a costly endeavor. To manage expenses, the CSU accepted business advertisements within the agenda. Our challenge as designers was to integrate these ads without distracting users. By strategically scattering the ads, we struck the perfect balance, ensuring the agenda remained user-friendly and visually appealing.
